Cancellation & Deposit Policy
At Hair Antics & Co, we value your time as much as our own. To ensure every client receives the highest level of service and to protect our small business, the following cancellation and deposit policy applies to all bookings.
Deposits – All Services
- A $200 deposit is required for all services booked with Hair Antics & Co. This amount will be subtracted from your total invoice on completion of your hair extension install.
- Payment in full must be paid on the day of completed service via cash or PayID or direct deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- This policy is in place as hair is specially ordered for each individual client and cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Rescheduling Appointments
- If you need to reschedule and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your $200 deposit may be transferred to a new appointment and held for up to 30 days.
- Rescheduling within 24–48 hours may result in the deposit being retained as a partial service fee, and a new deposit may be required to secure the next booking. This helps protect us from late changes on longer services.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the full loss of the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
General Appointment Cancellations
- We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change any appointment.
- Repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Reminder Messages
- Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy only.
- It remains the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment.
- Missed or unread reminders do not waive cancellation fees.
