- The voucher is redeemed at point of booking or point of arrival. (original certificate is only accepted)
- Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
- Expiry date is 12 months from date of purchase.
- If your gift certificate is lost or stolen, please contact the salon as we will have a record and can help you recover your certificate.
