Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
At Polaris Hair Salon, we value your time and commitment to your hair services. To ensure we provide the best possible experience for every client, we require a 30% deposit when booking your chemical service appointment. This deposit helps us reduce no-shows, which significantly impact small businesses like ours.
Please note the following terms regarding deposits:
- Non-Refundable Deposits:
Once a deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. If you simply change your mind about your appointment, the deposit will not be returned.
- Changes to Appointment:
We understand that plans can change, but to respect the time of both our clients and our team, we do not accept changes to appointments within 72 hours of your scheduled time unless agreed upon by the salon owner.
- Rescheduling and Deposits:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate your request as long as it is made no less than 72 hours in advance. In such cases, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment with permission from the salon owner.
- Cancellation or No-Show:
If you cancel or do not show up to your appointment without the required 72-hour notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
